I didn’t want to lie, but I was unable to tell you the truth. Lying left me dissatisfied, feeling bottled up and far away. Telling the truth, however, would also have been no good because doing so would’ve gotten me, in turn, certain other truths that I don’t have the courage to face just yet. So where does that leave us?
